Systems thinking, cross-functional influence, scaled solutions
Games needed a system to identify, implement, and audit content patterns and guidelines. The vertical had scaled past the point where "Does this sound on-brand?" could simply live in one person's head, and had no predecessor, no template, and no team in place when I was handed the workstream.
I built the games content design foundations — reconciling the content standard against the Netflix-wide design system, shipping an AI-powered compliance tool, establishing a localization strategy, and creating a terminology pattern system — so that language decisions could hold up without me in the room.
The result: infrastructure multiple teams could run on independently within six months.
